Bill Miller x Laguna Madre 2024 Fiesta Medal Instagram Sweepstakes 4/2/24 – 4/4/24

  1. Bill Miller Bar-B-Q of 430 S. Santa Rosa San Antonio, TX 78207 is hosting an Instagram sweepstakes. Instagram and Instagram.com are the trademarks and service marks of Instagram, Inc. This Sweepstakes and the prize are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. The sweepstakes will begin at 9:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on April 2, 2024, and end at 9:00 a.m. CT on April 4, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s or its designee’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
  4. Sweepstakes is restricted to contestants aged 18 or older.
  5. To enter, follower must like giveaway post, tag two friends in the comments of the post, and follow @billmillerbarbq and @lagunamadreseafood.
  6. One winner will be randomly selected. The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Prize drawing will be conducted in San Antonio, Texas by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received by Sponsor during the Entry Period.
  7. The winner will receive two (2) Bill Miller x Laguna Madre 2024 Fiesta Medal, one (1) Bill Miller Texas Tea Bucket, and one (1) $25 gift card on 4/4/24. Sweepstakes prizes are NOT eligible for transfer, refund or exchange. Approximate Retail Value of prize: Forty-five dollars and .75 cents ($45.75) total. Gift cards are subject to applicable terms and conditions. After a period of inactivity, card value may decrease in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for inability of winner to accept or use prize and prize may be forfeited if winner cannot accept or use prize. Sponsor is not responsible if prize is lost, stolen, damaged, and/or destroyed.
  8. The winner will be randomly selected on 4/4/24 at 9 a.m. CT. The announcement will be shared on sweepstakes Instagram post. Winner of the Bill Miller x Laguna Madre 2024 Fiesta Medal Instagram Sweepstakes must retrieve their prize from a Bill Miller Bar-B-Q or Bill Miller’s Laguna Madre Seafood Company no later than 5 p.m. CT on 4/5/24.
  9. It’s the responsibility of the winner to retrieve their Bill Miller x Laguna Madre 2024 Fiesta Medal from a Bill Miller Bar-B-Q or Bill Miller’s Laguna Madre Seafood Company. Entrant selected as potential winner in the drawing (“Selectee”) will be notified via their Instagram account on or about April 4, 2024. Selectee will be asked to respond to Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours for confirmation. Prizes will not be shipped. If Selectee does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours, the Selectee will be disqualified, and an alternate Selectee will be drawn. Only a Selectee who timely responds to the notification as instructed will be deemed a “Potential Winner” and be sent a prize notification. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited to Sponsor.

Winner of the Bill Miller 70th Anniversary Sweepstakes must retrieve their prize from a Bill Miller Bar-B-Q or Bill Miller’s Laguna Madre Seafood Company no later than 8pm CST on 6/30/23.
  9. It’s the responsibility of the winner to retrieve their 70th Anniversary Texas Tea Bucket, 70th Anniversary t-shirt, and 2023 Bill Miller Fiesta Medal from a Bill Miller Bar-B-Q or Bill Miller’s Laguna Madre Seafood Company. Prizes will not be shipped.
